Yealink T42G & T48G phones.
Here's the low down. A call comes in and the receptionist dials *2XXX (where XXX is the extension number) to do an attended transfer. If the person answers at their desk, all is good. If they don't answer, it rings back to the receptionist (as it should) so then the receptionist dials ##*XXX to send the caller to the persons voicemail. At this point the caller gets disconnected. I can see on the screen that the previous DTMF keys are still there, so I'm thinking the combination of both codes is what's disconnecting the caller. If the receptionist dials ##*XXX as the first option, then the caller gets transferred to the voicemail just fine. So is there anyway to resolve this? Is there a way to clear the previous DTMF keys before entering new ones?
