NO JOY Yealink W52P Not taking calls but showing connect

I have a client with a Yealink W52P. When I look at the asterisk CLI and the W52P control Panel. Everything looks fine, but when I call the extension I get nothing.

I can see it says no one is available to take the call but the base shows the connection and the dnd is off.
