SOLVED Yate Client on Raspberry Pi

I have a working IPBX setup and can log into my extensions from my Mac using Yate Client. I successfully installed the Yate client on my RPi2 and it runs. However, when trying to connect It times out.
Failed to Connect. Reason: Tmeout.

Question: Is there a step by step tutorial on
1) Setting up a new user/extension (not 100% clear on the topic - i.e.: passwords and secrets)
2) Installing Yate on a Pi. (I only installed Yate-qt4, do I need more?)

Just tried to use Yate client again on a new extension and
1) Logs in OK
2) After 15 seconds logs off
3) Can't get back on.

What softphone is anyone using with Linux? Preferably Raspian?

Got Yate working fine on RPi2! Seems there was a conflict with another endpoint on the network.
