xivo behavior may be diff from standard PIAF but normally if it hits the server and doesn't have a DID match or route a recording will be played that says there is no such number. There should be clues in the output as to whats it's trying and not finding. There is a config item in one of the gui menus for anonymous calls that shouldn't be needed but you can turn it on for testing. Look at the non xivo troubleshooting DID, incoming route issues for this type of problem.

Another issue can be which codecs have been set.but if you followed Wards directions those should be set
