Hello,

I'm running XiVO 16.12 Incredible PBX with Vitelity as the ITSP CNAM is active on my DID numbers. When a call comes inbound to the PBX it displays on the ringing endpoint as
(Array Array Array and the Vitelity trunk number)
I checked in the Asterisk command line as the call routes into the PBX and I can see the CID of the caller but it never makes it to the endpoint.

Is there a way to allow callers in the IVR to dial any 700 extension on the PBX?

After looking around on the Forums and Google I've hit a wall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Andy

Update

I resolved my inbound caller ID issues. The issue was the Callerid line for my inbound Vitelity setup. I entered one of the DID numbers on that line as the Vitelity trunk tutorial shows. Once I removed this line Inbound CID worked properly.

In the General tab, change the Inbound FQDN to match the Register Server assigned to your account (see above). Enter your credentials and DID for your Vitelity subaccount:

Does anyone know of a good book or website on developing IVR on Asterisk?

@AndyK: Thanks for posting the fix -- I had the same problem with my inbound Vitelity trunk and removing the Caller ID field in the inbound trunk configuration fixed it for me too.
