mag we confirm our DC in Seattle experienced network issue for approximately 40 minutes at round 4 PM PDT. We had our monitoring system dispatched an engineer to attend the problem as soon as the problem detected. There was failed equipment on one small segment in the DC. The equipment was replaced. We are having the DC monitor the new equipment more carefully for the coming days. If you still have issue, please feel free to file a ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience.
