Reason's to not host in the cloud and just use a real puter:

Nothing to lay papers on
A real computer collects dust just like an air filter, good for your health
Faced the right way the fan will keep you cooler
No one knows where the cloud is, sent 'the cloud' a reg USPS postcard and it came back
The cloud might be UP but your customers location will still be DOWN
Can't press your ear to puter to see if hard disk is doing something
Lacks a big juicy Firewall
Can't swap cloned disks or hardware so you'll be back up in minutes
Can't see a real console
Lower network latency for inhouse calls
You know what YOU don't know who knows what THEY don't know
Virtually no real support
No disk or power light
Clouds have lightening which is not good for puters.

NSA has to save your data more than once, for same reason you have so much more latency just hope the guy your calling isn't in china and using a cloud in Russia.

Have seen people try to do remote copper through an ATA or OBI..... ugly
