QUESTION Wazo - Does Wazo do presence notification on phones?

Say you have 3 phones. ceo phone, sec1 phone and sec2 phone.

if ceophone is in use, can sec1 or sec2 phones see that ceophone is in use? Like how you had 3 phone lines and all you had to do was look to see which phone line was in use.

If the answer is yes, what's the technical term for that because I am not having any luck trying to setup an obi to do this and I really need to read up on this part.

BLF - Busy Lamp Field

I haven't found BLF to work on Wazo the way it did PIAF Green, etc. I have users and lines configured with Yealink T46G phones. If I manually configure them then the BLF is green when open and red when on the phone but when DND is activated it stays green. When using the phone provisioning tool, I cannot get it to work either.

Do I have to use "devices" and have them auto configured?
