Hopefully, this hasn't been asked before. I have a Nortel IP phone that is video call capable. I also use X-Lite softphone on my desktop. When I place a video call I can see the video on the Nortel device, but the X-Lite softphone just displays "Waiting for remote video". Any ideas why it's only one-way?
Also, I'm open to suggestions for a better free softphone solution.
