SOLVED Voicemail doesn't play greeting

When we call an extensions voicemail directly (i.e. *1234) it plays the system standard greeting "Please leave your message after the tone, when done ...." instead of the user recorded greeting. We have all 3 (busy, unavailable, and temp) recorded and setup that work under each ones scenario.

Running Piaf Green Asterisk 11.3, FreePBX 2.11.0.1.

Is this intended behavior in this version?

So turns out... this is expected behavior. To get the unavailable message to play, we needed to enable the VmX Locator and check the unavailable box. After that going straight to voicemail (*1234) gives the recorded unavail greeting instead of the system standard.
