NO JOY VitalPBX Custom Context/Demo IVR fails

Hi,
I followed carefully all the instructions to install the custom context and then set up the demo IVR. But when I call it it hangs up for no reason. Here are the last few lines from the CLI:

Does anyone know why this won't work? It looks like it's going to the right place, and yes the dialplan code is there, but it won't execute it.

EDIT: I just found my mistake. I used the destination "incredible" instead of "incrediblepbx"
