Dear All,

Can you assist me?

I don't know why my TRUNK is unreachable even I have done all the correct information based on the TRUNK that has registered with status " OK "

What does this show: asterisk -rx "sip show registry"

Here is what I have

[root@localhost ~]# asterisk -rx "sip show registry"
Host dnsmgr Username Refresh State Reg.Time
0 SIP registrations.

Also, The TRUNK i am talking about that has different port as 5060. It is using different port 5XXX

The PBX version I am using is FreePBX 12.0.76.3, however, when I checked via root it has only 11.21.2.

The trunk is not registered, and your platform doesn't appear to be one that we support.

This account I have registered with Soft phone ( X-Lite ) and it works well, however, when it comes to soft switch, it doesn't work. Also, this account has unique proxy address which is xx.yy.zz.t:50xx instead of 255.255.255.0
