GO HERE Upgrade from 13.12.2 to 13.13 possible? Centos 6.9

Hi,
I have Incredible PBX 13-12.2 for centos6.7
I want to upgrade it to latest 13-13. Is this possible? Is there a procedure or script?

Ran ./upgrade-asterisk-to-current
Downloads adterisk 13.23 but it does not upgrade. Still running asterisk 13.7

I tried everything. I also installed and compiles asterisk 13.22 and 13.23. It falls back to asterisk 13.7

I think for GVSIP to work, you need to be on asterisk 13.22 and above.
I had to resort to Ward's suggestion of creating a Hiformance GVSIP host and create trunks on the client PBX to connect to GVSIP host for inbound and outbound calling need to be on asterisk 13.22 and above.
