It is incorrect. RingPlus requires inband, I finally found correct syntax for asterisk SIP trunk

Haven't gotten it to work with inband or RFC2833, but I'm away at the moment so I can't really check all the pieces. Seems to be a persistent problem with RingPlus FluidCall: http://bfy.tw/6uHd
