unixODBC - what will break if i upgrade to 2.3.0 stable

Current incredible (ast1.4) builds unixODBC2.2.1 . That version is missing a sql.h file i need for freeTDS to work. I am dropping unixODBC-2.3.0 in my dev environment but wonder what might be breaking that I am not testing.

Anyone know of certain breaks?
