I have created and fresh install of Ubuntu 14.04.5 mini install as per the setup instructions. I downloaded and installed incrediblepbx13-12.2-ubuntu14.tar.gz and installed it per the instructions. I have not installed any Ubuntu updates or IPBX updates. I created some CHAN SIP extensions and went to test the UCP. When I try to launch it says connecting but it then crashes asterisk. All of the extensions and trunks go dead and I have to reboot to get it back up. Is this a known problem, a permission issue, or needed patch? Please help
