SOLVED UCP Call inbound history shows green arrow + ext only

Incredible PBX 12.0.70

When users view their UCP call historym sometimes inbound calls will show only the left facing green arrow and their extension number, but not the caller ID of the incoming call. This isn't always the case, but I can't tell why it happens sometimes. I'd like to see of course the inbound caller ID instead. See example below.

The admin CDR report shows the full inbound caller ID of the call

Can someone tell me what changes are needed in order to replace the extension number here with the inbound caller ID number?

I'm assuming I need to edit cdr.class.php, but I don't know what line or what entry to use.
