GO HERE The AvantFAX database is DOWN

I own a centos 6.6 piaf 3.6 asterisk 11 and everything is fin for exception of fax it says:
The AvantFAX database is DOWN. Check your database settings in local_config.php.

I have tried lots of things but to no avail, I can receive faxes from hylafax in webmin, but other than that I cant log in into avantfax, even after I created user and password on phpmyadmin and grant all for the avntfax databse can anyone please tell me how to fix this so I can send and receive faxes and get into de avantfax gui?
