Hi,
I have a PIAF Purple server running at my employers and we have been exceedingly happy with it. We've made some customization to it that prevent us from moving to newer versions, including Teleyapper 4.
We use Teleyapper for an inclement weather notification tool. A manager calls in, records a message and selects the delivery group and everyone gets the message not to come into work since there is ice on the road, etc... This works pretty well. We have 36 records in the primary notification group. The PHP script picks them up perfectly. However, somehow, the agi randomly skips numbers and doesn't call them.
Is anyone from the team that built Teleyapper 4 around and would you have time to do some troubleshooting?
Thanks!
