telasip / unable to make calls

As you may judge by my posts, i'm very new to asterisk / tb - so here goes my question, i've setup my tb accoring to uncle Ward's instructions: http://nerdvittles.com/index.php?p=153
however, there must be something missing in my config, i'm unable to make outgoing calls - the asterisk output is in the attached file.
For obvious reasons i've x'd out the real numbers

and these setting are in the telasip outgoing trunk:

context=telasip-in
dtmfmode=rfc2833
host=sip.dfw.telasip.com
insecure=very
secret=password
type=peer
username=username

problem fixed
i had to change the following in the telasip trunk:

;allow=g729
allow=ulaw&gsm
canreinvite=no
context=telasip-in&telasip-in
disallow=all
dtmfmode=rfc2833
fromdomain=gw3.sip.telasip.com
fromuser=username
host=gw3.sip.telasip.com
insecure=very
qualify=yes
secret=password
sendrpid=yes
type=peer
username=username
