GO HERE t38modem on CentOS/SL/RH

I've got a simple iPBX installed with Asterisk 13, and I've added incredible fax. Next I would like a t38 modem!

I spent approximately 8 hours trying to get a t38modem installed on CentOS last week (all of the package conflicts/dependencies of OPAL/t38modem/ptlib) was horrible. I gave up.

I installed incrediblefax (Hylafax+IAXmodem) and would now like to add a t38 modem. Has anyone got a shortcut or a working guide for CentOS/SL/RH 6 ? (The voip-info guide does not work on CentOS despite what it claims)

I have my fingers crossed that someone wrote a 'incrediblet38modem.sh' script

I fought that myself a few years ago, it was a real PITA and I never got it 100% , do it on a debian based system and it is just

apt-get install t38modem

IMHO just save yourself blood sweat and tears and go that way.
