QUESTION system reboots when I try to log into the admin interface

Hello, I just did a fresh install on Centos 6.10 (was told that Centos 7 wasnt supported), and when I try to log into the pbx in a flash web interface the system automatically reboots. I followed the following how-to for the install http://nerdvittles.com/?p=23948
how can I fix this?
