NO JOY superfecta problem

Caller ID name is showing "<!DOCTYPE HTML". when using Superfecta. How do I
fix this?

You might want to ask this over at the FreePBX forums, but I think this has something to do with setting the account it uses correctly, something like that. You should be able to google this it is common.
