Whenever a new thread on Streaming or MOH begins I immediately have two thoughts:
Why isn't there an up-to-date How-To
and
why is such a fundamental function so "difficult" to implement and seemingly overlooked (compared to the development time spent on other Asterisk features).

Thanks. Let me just say that, in the case of streaming music on hold, Google is most definitely NOT your friend. Part of the problem, of course, is the Asterisk Dev Team completely changed everything from the 1.2 or 1.4 days, can't remember which.
