I could sell 3 systems this month if I could say to the customer, "sure you can still hit that 'hold' button and yell "DAAAAAAVVVVEEEEE Liiiiiiine 3"....
I love asterisk more than twinkies...just can't get around the fact that the simple small office's can't/won't benefit from it. Alot of these systems you could swap out have been in place sooo long and the users are NOT willing to learn something new..even if it means 10 other new features... If this is open source, listen to the end users...right...?
So what if your ferrari kicks a$$, if it doesn't have a steering wheel... duh!
Mid-size customers...obviously this is no problem, but for small 2-10 sized extension systems, we all could be kickin these systems out like a pez dispenser with SLA...
