TIPS Skyetel - Outbound works, inbound doesn’t allow DID

    Outbound works, inbound doesn’t allow DID i can still dile a did but wont allow to rout to a destitnation if i delete the any inbound route i get number not in service it is a static machine

    Check the Asterisk CLI with incoming call. Does it show up?

    If not, you need to whitelist all of the Skyetel IP addresses. See Incredible PBX Firewall Setup for Skyetel.

    If it does show up, what is the format of the incoming DID entry? Do you have a matching Inbound Route with the DID in the same format, e.g. 14561112222?
