setup of STT Engine with Incredible PBX 13-13

I followed the instructions for :

Installing STT Engine with Incredible PBX 13-13

I don't know how to troublshoot this, when I run the bluemix-test this is what I get:

not getting the "we are now transferring you out of the company directory…" response.

I am getting the mp3 attachment, just no transcription of VM..

can someone please shed some light on what I missing on this config
