QUESTION Remove Delete-Button from voicemails in User Control Panel?

Which file do i need to edit to remove the Trashcan icon next to each voicemail from the User Control Panel (UCP) ? Or is it possible to just let administrators have the trash can activated?

I just want our call agents to move calls to a folder "done", but not to delete them irretrievably.
