TIPS Registering IP Phone on two different 3cx systems

I have two businesses with drastically different needs. I would like to have one 3CX on local hardware and the other business in the cloud. However, I have two Yealink T46G phones that need to have extensions registered on BOTH systems/instances.

With v15 or 15.5 of 3cx, how can I register to both systems?

You can register more than one account in Yealink phones but you will have to do it through the web interface of the phone as 3CX does not support multiple accounts on each phone and this cannot be done by the management console.
Just login in to the web interface of the phones navigate to accounts and manually fill in the details.
