I got one of these but was not entirely pleased. Windows was not loaded (not a problem since I was loading Centos) and the power supply was bad. Initially, I feared that the pin on the chassis was bad but when I plugged in my Acer Laptop power supply to the Revo, it came up with no issues.

I must admit that PC Connection Express was very nice and helpful but referred me to Renovate, the repair service of the Acer. That company was also courteous and sent out a power supply with no argument at all.

Now if someone will come out with the Revo 3610 at a great price, that would be nice!
