SOLVED Raspberry Pi - Superfecta issue with OpenCNAM

I just installed the new release of Incredible for Raspberry PI 3. I have been migrating from my old PBX and have stumbled upon this issue. I was testing Superfecta with OpenCNAM as the third lookup. This is the output of the search:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /var/www/html/admin/modules/superfecta/includes/superfecta_base.php on line 241

From my very limited knowledge it maybe related to curl and php? I show that curl, php5 and php5-curl are installed and working. Is anyone else having this issue or just me? It works fine on my older Incredible PBX.

I ran "apt-get -f install" and it fixed the issue. It upgraded:

The following packages will be upgraded:
  apache2 libapache2-mod-php5

Now I wonder what doing the update broke
