SOLVED Problem with Voicemail MP3 IncrediblePBX

I installed Incredible PBX on a Centos 7 build and mostly it is working fine.
However I am having an issue with emails of the voicemail messages. The files are always 268 bytes long and will not open with any player. Looking at the file in Notepad++ shows it is blank.

Anyone seen this issue and know how to fix it?

I have tried installing with the Distro ISO and that worked and voice mail emails worked but soon after it would not detect my network settings and would not download music on hold. Another install of it and got a lot of makefile in the future and it would not build.

I had this issue, installed Lame and it fixed the problem for me.

Thanks. I did check to see if the required files were there and there was some lame files found. However I re-installed it again just in case and now it is working perfectly.
