I came across this offer from n3servers and would like to use it as a production server for a small Incredible PBX installation. I have played around with a test installation using the Scientific Linux ISO with Vultr. It seems like n3 doesn't allow ISO installations. So I'm wondering which OS I should pick.

Any advice?

I think Centos 6 64bit is your best choice because is the most mature, do not use Centos 7.

Eliad's suggestion is a good one, however, Centos 6 64-bit uses outdated OpenSSL packages which don't support the new GVSIP. It requires installing the new OpenSSL packages and manipulating symlinks to compile Asterisk against. I never had much luck with that approach.

I was able to successfully install and compile Asterisk with GVSIP on Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit. I am using an OpenVZ container with a Linux 2.x kernel, so I am unable to upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04 at this time. However, Asterisk is working fine with FreePBX on Ubuntu 16.04 with Google Voice...

FYI: Incredible PBX 13-13 for CentOS 6 and the Incredible PBX 13-13 ISO with SL 6 both include GVSIP and work just fine. We have numerous servers of our own running with no issues.

Glad to hear that. (How) Can I install Incredible PBX on SL 6 without the ISO?

I am not an IT professional , Ward wrote a very detail instructions you just have to follow them to the letter.
I am not sure video would work well, there are a lot of scripts to use in the install process. A written instruction allows easy copy and paste to the PBX server terminal.

You’re absolutely right the Scripps are easy to copy I have a question when you get to the point where the Google tokens are given at step to that counter starts to run give you about 3600 seconds after that it expires during the time of it running I grab that key and I inputted into the script and I put my Phone number in there is a step three there do I do anything there or just close that window I also checked into my Google account and I do see the permission added for pbx do I do anything in that third step or just close it all out One more thing is there some type of debug mode that I can do to see why it’s not connecting I could never get it to connect I can ping the Internet from the consul

When you follow the instruction to obtain Google voice token you will have to copy the Refresh_Token. it does not expire. Be careful and do it exactly as shown when you follow http://nerdvittles.com/?page_id=26328 . Any missteps will get you a non working token. When you enter the phone number you have to enter the phone number associated with the Refresh_Token.
