NO JOY Polycom 560 Not autoprovisoning (3cx)

Just wondering if anyone has used the new 3cx that is installed on Debian?

I'm trying to use 3cx provisioning, 3cx give's me the URL Provisioning Link:

http://company.3cx.com.au:5000/provisioning/fzbnys06m7

I have followed the details here https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/polycom-soundpoint-450-550-560-650-670/


If I query the URL I get:

If I point the phone at ngnix I see hits for etc
/provisioning/fzbnys06m7/MACADDRESS.cfg
/provisioning/fzbnys06m7/000000000000.cfg
/provisioning/fzbnys06m7/Sailboat.jpg
/provisioning/fzbnys06m7/Beach.jpg

I can't see any flat file on the file system for the mac address (mac address is requested in lowercase but capitalised in 3cx).

Any ideas?

Are the phones you are trying to provision local to the PBX? I mean are the phones and the PBX in the same LAN or are you trying to provision the phones as remote extensions?
Please note that legacy phones can only be provisioned as local extensions.
Also the config files for the phones are generated upon request and provided to the devices and you won't find them stored in any folder.
The nginx web server used by 3CX only accepts HTTPS connections from remote locations.
