TIPS phpmyadmin missing on IncrediblePBX 13-13?

I bought up a previously installed of incrediblePBX-13-13 and I find here is no way to access phpmyadmin using the freepbx GUI like before. I don't see phpmyadmin in list of modules in 'Module Administration'
Was this done on purpose or an error during installation?
Is there a module I can download and install?
