PBX phone will not auto hang up after destination phone hands up until reaching the TRP timeout.

Test on PBX with softphone

PBX calls #A --> #A hangs up, PBX channel still active until rtp_timeout (lack of RTP activity in 31 seconds). Channel will be closed if hanging up manually the PBX phone. The PBX phone will not auto hang up after #A hanged up, until reaching the TRP timeout.
PBX calls #A --> PBX hangs up, everything hangs up. No channel active.
#A calls PBX --> PBX or #A hangs up, everything hangs up. No channel active.

Is it a bug?
