NO JOY PBX is skipped when another call is in

When a user calls in and selects an extension from the IVR to speak to with us, if another person calls it doesnt go to the IVR and goes to google voice

I am pretty sure it was not doing that before, and had just started

so i think i discovered the issue, i had deleted the inbound trunk known as default which was not being used
i also deleted the default outbound trunk which is also not used and when i deleted that and i called my # it would say number not in service

so i basically created the 2 defaults and now its working just fine, why are those needed i wonder

Because you don't have your inbound route set up properly to catch your DID and it is falling through to the default. From the console run asterisk -rvvvvv and place a call. Look for errors or paste output here on a CODE block.
