The OS reports correct timezone. But the IncrediblePBX does not. I ran timezone-setup, which ended in an error.

How can I change the GUI timezone?

The following information has been given:

United States
Pacific

Therefore TZ='America/Los_Angeles' will be used.
Local time is now: Tue Sep 17 08:59:25 PDT 2019.
Universal Time is now: Tue Sep 17 15:59:25 UTC 2019.
Is the above information OK?
1) Yes
2) No

I have installed this release over a half dozen times, and none of the installs encountered any issues with the time setting. All of my installations the time is properly displayed and correct to include the pbxstatus. If I was the one having the problems you have, I would wipe the server, re-install the OS and then try a clean install of Incredible Pbx because from the little information provided, it did not install properly.
