Good day All,
I have imaged {incrediblepbx13-raspbian8-gvoauth.img} to a transcend 16 gb microSD card.
Successfully booted the first time and continued the steps detailed in the tutorial.

I have completed changing the pi password but the root account passwords for the FreePBX, admin, and any other accounts are not created. I have also realized the password.FAQ file is not created in /root

See text of error after accepting the password list

Please log My apologies, Reimaged microSD and ensured followed instructions ... found I changed the raspberryPI default account password >>> raspberry and this caused my errors.... I always get into habit of changing default accounts upon install doing this step was not in the initial setup...... script must be contingent upon the default pi account password remaining unchanged.

Solution ::: ??/
