I'm having trouble with a 16-15 installation where I have call parking setup at 900. Lots are 901-905.
When client transfers a call to the lot, it gives the proper extension, for instance 901. But when you go to pick up the call, even from the original extension, you get a "I'm sorry there is no call on that extension" even though the caller is there and hearing hold music.
After 30 seconds, it's sent back to the original extension.
I've tried uninstalling parking and reinstalling it and I can't get it to work. Any suggestions?
