TIPS Outbound calls are getting muted after 15-20 minutes automatically.

Hi Team,

We are facing this strange issue where outbound calls are getting muted after 15 - 25 minutes. It is happening with some if the extensions not with all of them. Earlier Incredible PBX server was working fine with all the extensions. We are using Asterisk 13.28 built by Incredible sever. We didn't made any changes to the firewall (Iptables or hardware firewall). Anyone knows what could be causing this issue?

It doens't always matter if you made changes to a firewall or not. Sometimes they just start doing weird things with traffic. So you could have a firewall problem.
