I have an Incredible PBX machine (version 12.0.74) running Asterisk 13.18.2 with an extension on a Cisco SPA112. Everything was working fine, but as of today the user can't dial out (even to another extension), but can receive calls. On the asterisk log, I get the following error lines:
Here is the dial plan I am using on that device (which is working on other SPA112 devices):
(*xx|[3469]11|*2xxx|##xxx|0|00|xxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
I've tried restarting that device with no luck. Any thoughts?
