SOLVED No Outgoing calls

Ward listed a possible fix for this on the other thread. I copied his fix, I hope he does not mind.
sed -i '\:// BEGIN SIP URI Mod1:,\:// END SIP URI Mod1:d' /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf
asterisk -rx "dialplan reload"

I did not try it, my system works now by using an older Centos install script. I think the behavior you are experiencing is the same as the one listed in this thread.
