I have a few clients that use a major corporate e-mail system, and have run into a problem. The parent company likes to scan emails, so they have advised their reps that sending voicemail messages by attaching an audio file is not permitted under their compliance rules.
They will, however, accept a transcribed test from a voice-to-text translator. Can anyone suggest a way to do this, so the message can be sent by email?
Thanks
