See in the FPBX status page there's "IP Phone Online"
I would like to be alerted when this number changes. Sometimes one or two of my phones will switch over to the backup registrar (nothing wrong with the main one and the rest of the phones in the same office no problem, only happens to Cisco) and I don't know until I happen to review the CDR and notice it using it. They don't switch back on their own, I have to reboot them.
Anyone seen a script like that? Google has found a couple sort of things out there but nothing that will alert per se, just a way to query it.
