SOLVED Missing add-gvtrunk in IncrediblePBX14-Wazo

Followed directions at http://nerdvittles.com/?p=20675

I executed the IncrediblePBX14-Wazo.sh and everything went fine but I have no add-gvtrunk script. I did a wildcard find on the entire filesystem and it simply isn't there.

I checked the IncrediblePBX14-Wazo.sh script and notice this is commented out:

# tar zcvf incrediblepbx-16.nn.tar.gz /root/COPYING /root/add-gvtrunk /root/del-gvtrunk /root/xivo* /etc/asterisk

Not sure if that is legacy code since I don't see the mentioned archive file elsewhere.

@amygrant We were on a cruise ship when I uploaded this, and it looks like a few pieces were missing from the image. That'll teach me to go out of town.

I've uploaded new files now. You're probably safer starting over. My apologies!
