TRY THIS Migrate Incredible PBX to PIAF 5 3cx

I am just processing a clients upgraded 3cx license to a 8SC Professional license from the free version, and am getting ready to migrate my client from Incredible PBX to PIAF 5.

Does anybody know of a good / easy way to migrate from Incredible PBX to PIAF 5? Possible export / import of extensions or something like that?

We made a converter for Elastix 2.5 and 4.0 which are based on Asterisk/FreePBX. Since that's also the case of Incredible PBX, could you try uploading your backup on that link and see if it converts as there's a good chance it does out of the box and let us know? : https://converter.elastix.org/

@ChildOTK: If this is an Incredible PBX build that uses FreePBX modules, just make a backup within the FreePBX GUI and go through the procedure documented by @Pj3CX. Let us know how it goes.
