I created 1 ivr how to send call to extension if we did not received a keystroke ?

in elastix we had the "t" option does anyone knows what the option in incredible pbx is?

It is in the main IVR setup options. You can either setup your announcement to say "If you know your party's extension, you can dial it at any time" by enabling direct dial or

you can set the timeout to go to an extension or another IVR if no digits are pressed.

Thanks Kenn 10 That works for me , i was missing the Return on TimeOut to [yes]
