QUESTION Interface with "RedTail" database using Caller ID?

I have a customer who uses RedTail database for his clients and other contacts. One VOIP provider says they can interface with that database, so when a call comes in, the Caller ID number automatically opens the corresponding page from the database on the computer associated with that extension. Does anyone have any ideas how this might be accomplished using IncrediblePBX on a hosted server?
