@briankelly63 The Cisco phones are configured correctly, including their dialplan, thanks. There is a mix of Polycoms, Ciscos and Grandstream and Paging/Intercom is not working on any so something is not configured correctly on the box

Did I miss a step in my setup?
  1. I have one Paging Group - 800
  2. I removed all the Users then added them back to the group
  3. I can do Paging *11800
  4. I can't do Intercom *112XX (Same error)

At this point i's sure it is a Xivo configuration issue. I cant do intercom from any phone connected to XiVO but, if I take the phones and connect them to a PIAF box changing ONLY the server info and Intercom code to *80 then I can Intercom

Has this problem ever been figured out? I mistakenly upgraded to 13 for a client (from a form of 11, which I had working), now paging is seemingly non-existent.. primarily Grandstream stations.
